I created a pamphlet for a local artist’s upcoming exhibit, which centers around sculptural plant forms crafted entirely from recycled cardboard. The exhibit not only showcases the artist's creativity and craftsmanship but also carries a powerful environmental message. The focus of the project is to shed light on the vast amount of recyclable materials that are routinely discarded, often overlooked for their potential to be transformed into something meaningful. The design of the pamphlet mirrors the tone of the exhibit. Earthy, organic, and thought-provoking. I incorporated the main art piece, muted tones, and simple text to reflect the materials used in the artwork itself. Alongside exhibit details, the pamphlet also includes short statements from the artist about sustainability and the beauty that can emerge from waste, encouraging visitors to reflect on their own consumption habits.
